Completion and handover to the customer a device that marks in a melt way the symbols „R“ or „L“ into a part of section produced from TPE material . The purpose of the device installation was to remove the subsequent manual operation of marking of sections. In total in each of three cutting devices per one left and per one right marking unites are installed. Marking is performed by a hot melt point that within one cutting cycle presses to the section. The hot melt point is mounted on a moving bed. The feed to the section provides a pneumatic cylinder. By a combination of pressure and point temperature the section is marked with symbols „R“ or „L“.
Each of the three single-purpose cutting devices is fitted with a separate switch box. On the side of the switch box two PID regulators are mounted. The regulators show the required and actual temperatures. The regulation of temperature is adjustable within a range of 40 – 300 °C.
The marking point itself is fitted with a heating cartridge with an output of 200 W.
